Lynn was born in Pontiac, Michigan and raised in Marion County, Florida. She attended Stetson University in Deland, Florida where she obtained her Bachelor’s in Philosophy in 2015. She then obtained her Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C. in 2018, and an LL.M. In Environmental Law from Vermont Law School’s distance learning program in 2020. She joined the University of Florida’s School of Forest Resources and Conservation in Fall, 2020 as a PhD student in Forest Resources and Conservation where she is studying the social impacts of Hurricane Michael on private forest landowners within the Florida Panhandle.
