I grew up in Jupiter, FL and graduated UF with a BS in Soil and Water Science (minors in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences and East/Central European Studies) in 2010. After which I worked for FWC as a creel clerk for a year on the Santa Fe River and then a small company doing environmental assessments and consulting back down in South Florida, before joining the Army and becoming an Apache pilot. Recently I finished a Graduate Certificate in Aquaculture and Fish Health and I am now pursuing my MS in the MFAS program (as well as another Graduate Certificate in Microbiology). Once my service is complete in the Army as a pilot, I will likely continue my education with a DVM or PhD.
