Forest Campus Policies

Before your event can take place at the Austin Cary Forest Campus, there are a few things to note:

  1. All reservations must go through the online booking system for accurate processing.
  2. For your event to be approved/confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required (non-UF events).
  3. Payment must be made in full no later than 30 days prior to your event’s start date.
  4. Insurance is required for non-UF/State of Florida events, or any events including alcohol service.
  5. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Austin Cary Forest or associated facilities.

Events and participants at the Forest Campus must comply with all facility policies, UF regulations, and State of Florida laws and statutes.
